SNCL now offers Remote Support for Cognos Series 7.
For an hourly fee, SNCL will connect to your deployment using Webex.
SNCL can perform any consulting service we provide.
This is for customers who need occasional staff augmentation, and do not want to commit to a full time resource.
For troubleshooting issues, there is an initial diagnostic fee of $50, which will be applied to the total fee. This allows the SNCL technician to diagnose the issue and estimate the cost of resolution.
If SNCL can not diagnose the issue, the diagnostic fee is waived.
Minimum bill time is 15 minutes.
Arrangements can be made with any time frame.
