IWR Auditor is an easy to use audit collection utility for capturing Impromptu Web Reports audit log information. IWR Auditor allows you to define multiple Audit definitions (to track multiple IWR Servers). IWR Auditor keeps a historical record of IWR Audit collections for each Audit definition. Built in reports include an Audit Detail Activity Report - by views or by executions, which shows usage of IWR by user and published report, and an Audit Collection History Report, which shows the listing of Audit Collections. Custom reporting is now available using the included Impromptu Catalog. With the Impromptu Catalog, you can now publish custom reports to the web via IWR.
Audit Maintenance allows you to purge the audit logs, and output the data to text files.
IWR Auditor copies the IWR audit logs into a safe folder, parses the logs, and provides a list of audit files parsed (Auditlist). IWR Auditor never deletes original audit files, so that they may be examined in their original form.
IWR Auditor works on all versions of IWR (version 7).
IWR Auditor helps with ReportNet/Cognos 8 migration by helping to determine the utilization value of published reports. See Audit Collection Concepts.
IWR Auditor ($1250 US) can be purchased as a stand-alone utility, or bundled with PPES Auditor into PPES-IWR Auditor ($1950 US), giving you one source for PPES and IWR audit collection and reporting. You can also purchase IWR Auditor first, then migrate up to PPES-IWR Auditor later for the difference in price.IWR Auditor is also fully integrated into BI Manager.
