LaMode Originals, a shoe wholesaler in Midtown Manhattan, needed an Order Processing system that would include digitized photos that were attached to its orders. They also wanted a search database of over 30,000 pictures of shoes, and have it online to be able to show prospects at trade shows.
SNCL developed a sophisticated Order Processing system that was tailored to La Mode's needs, and provided not only an easy-to-use interface for accepting digitized photos, but the ability to create orders on remote laptops during sales travel, and then synchronize back to the main system when the salespeople returned back to the office.
The system was created in 1995, and is still in operation.
