Ongoing support for IWR Auditor is obtained in 4 ways: 1) Through the SNCL ftp site (for uploading and downloading code updates);
2) this page, which links to Change History and Error Messages;
3) Q and A; and
4) by phone (call 516-633-8214 for a support engineer).

Code updates happen on a regular basis (typically monthly). The latest update is listed under the "Change History" link above, or check News History.
To update your software to the latest version, follow the simple instructions below.
1. Create a zip file from your mdb file.
2. Upload the zip file to your personal ftp site.
3. Send a Request using the "SNCL Request Form" link below, and specify that you want your code updated.
Note: You can also send the zip file to bimanagerus@snclus.com.
4. Typical upgrades take 24 hours. Your data will be preserved to the best of SNCL's ability. You will receive an e-mail regardless within 48 hours.
For FTP support, you will need an ftp program in order to access the SNCL ftp site. If you do not have ftp software, you can download an eval copy free from http://www.ipswitch.com/Products/WS_FTP/.
