You will need ftp support only if your zipped application can not be attached to your e-mail. Typically, software upgrades can be done by you, the subscriber, with built-in migration utilities.For FTP support, you will need an ftp program in order to access the SNCL ftp site. If you do not have ftp software, you can download an eval copy free from http://www.ipswitch.com/Products/WS_FTP/.
